Shree Bhagvan Primary School, standing strong since 1988 AD (2045 BS), is nestled in the remote and scenic Dordi village of the Lamjung District. Despite the breathtaking surroundings, the school and its 130 students face significant challenges. The 2014/15 earthquake left a lingering impact, with limited government support hindering both academic and physical development.

The Gurung community, the main ethnic group in this area, has shown incredible resilience. However, financial constraints mean many children traverse hillside valleys to attend school without proper uniforms. Recognizing these challenges, FourPOSE Charity embarked on a mission to make a difference.

Following our successful distribution of educational materials in the first phase, we returned on 28th January 2024 with the second phase of our initiative. This time, we brought much-needed computers, printers, and library materials to Shree Bhagvan Primary School. These resources are particularly crucial for students in grades 5 to 8, where the demand for enhanced learning tools is highest.

Picture this: students who once shared a single book now have access to a library filled with knowledge, and teachers can finally print materials without trekking miles. The joy on the children’s faces as they explored the new computers and library was nothing short of magical.
